1. Privacy at a glance
General information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information can be found in this privacy policy.
Who is responsible for data processing on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the section “Controller”.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us, for example by filling in a contact form. On the other hand, our IT systems collect technical data automatically or with your consent when you visit the website (e.g. browser, operating system, time of access).
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website works properly. Other data may be used to analyse user behaviour or to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, if you have consented to this. Data you send us with an enquiry is used to process it (quote, order, advice).
What rights do you have?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data and to request its correction or deletion. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. 3. Hosting
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. 4. General and mandatory information
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies. If you make a justified request for deletion or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted unless other legal grounds (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods) require us to keep it; in that case it will be deleted once those grounds cease to apply.
Legal bases
Depending on the case, we process your data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures (b), to comply with a legal obligation (c) or on the basis of our legitimate interest (f). If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device, processing is additionally based on that consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients of personal data
We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so, if we have a legitimate interest or if another legal basis permits it. Processors only receive data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.
Transfers abroad
Some providers (e.g. Google, Anthropic) may process data in the USA. In such cases, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and the European Commission or, where applicable, on certification under the Swiss-US / EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time; your data will then no longer be used for such purposes.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU in particular with the authority of the member state of your habitual residence.
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability
Within the scope of the applicable law, you have the right to receive information free of charge about your stored data, to request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or a contract in a common, machine-readable format. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@warenschutz.ch.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
Objection to advertising emails
We object to the use of the contact details published in our legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising.

Other cookies (statistics, marketing) are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Manage consent”.

Consent with Complianz
Our website uses the consent technology of Complianz B.V., Kalmarweg 14-5, 9723 JG Groningen, Netherlands. Complianz is hosted on our servers; no connection to the provider’s servers is established. A cookie stores the consents given or their withdrawal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation to obtain consent).
Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
With your consent, we use services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) to measure the effectiveness of our ads (conversion tracking) and to analyse website usage. For this purpose, Google may process your IP address, device and browser information and the ad click ID, including in the USA. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our forms against automated abuse, we may use Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses visitor behaviour (e.g. IP address, time spent on the site, mouse movements). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our website against spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent, if requested.

Server log files
The provider of these pages does not store server log files.
Contact form and partner request
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or the “Become a partner” form, your details (including your contact data) are stored and sent to us by email in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or our legitimate interest in efficiently processing enquiries (f). The data is retained until you request its deletion or the purpose no longer applies, subject to statutory retention periods.
Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your enquiry including any resulting personal data will be stored and processed to handle your request. The same legal bases and retention periods apply as for the contact form.
AI chat assistant “O&W Assistent” (Claude by Anthropic)
On our website we offer a chat assistant based on the AI model “Claude” by Anthropic PBC, 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Use is voluntary.
When you use the chat, your messages, the conversation history and the address of the page you are viewing are transmitted to Anthropic via our server in order to generate a response. Your IP address is not passed on to Anthropic; it is only processed on our server as a non-reversible check value for up to one hour to prevent abuse.
If you share contact details in the chat (e.g. name, company, phone number, email address, location) and request advice, a call-back or a quote, we store this information together with the chat history and forward it by email to our team.
Processing takes place to answer your enquiry or prepare a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries quickly (FADP; where applicable Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Anthropic; the transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses. According to Anthropic, data transmitted via the API is not used to train the models and is generally deleted within 30 days.
The conversation history is additionally stored only in your browser (session storage) and deleted when you close the window. Please do not enter sensitive data. The assistant’s answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; only our quotes are binding.
